CWCapital Asset Management (CWCAM), an Otéra Capital subsidiary and one of the industry's premier special servicers, was named asset manager for the property. Jones Lang LaSalle, a professional services firm specializing in real estate, was selected as exclusive leasing agent and property manager for the 40 story, Class A boutique office building.
