Otéra Capital is the owner of 1330 Avenue of the Americas in New York City
Otéra Capital has announced that it is now the owner of 1330 Avenue of the Americas. CWCapital Asset Management (CWCAM), an Otéra Capital subsidiary and one of the industry's premier special servicers, was named asset manager for the property. Jones Lang LaSalle, a professional services firm specializing in real estate, was selected as exclusive leasing agent and property manager for the 40 story, Class A boutique office building.
Otéra Capital's priorities for 1330 Avenue of the Americas were the following:
- Stabilize the property by finding the best leasing agent and property manager
- Reassure our tenants both new and existing
Jones Lang LaSalle will pursue an aggressive marketing campaign for the building that will feature prebuilt spaces on the larger base floors, as well as on the top floors.
1330 houses prestigious tenants such as Pearson, publisher of the Financial Times, Harry Winston, Silvercrest Asset Management Group and Stein Roe Investment Counsel L.L.C.
