Montréal, April 22, 2009 - Otéra Capital announces that it has completed the UCC foreclosure proceeding of 1330 Avenue of the Americas, a unique Class A boutique office building located in the heart of the Rockefeller Plaza district in New York.  This is a result of a foreclosure it undertook as mezzanine lender.
