Innovation Sprint: An action-oriented approach

Personalized support designed to meet the specific needs of selected companies. Participants will take part in a series of workshops held between April and September 2026. The integrated innovation sprint will help transform your technological ambitions into a concrete, structured execution plan that is ready for deployment.

Step 1

Diagnosis, prioritization and AI roadmap

In this step, a series of collaborative workshops will mobilize the company’s key stakeholders to:

  • Analyze growth drivers and identify performance levers (margin optimization, gains in market share, organizational agility).
  • Identify issues and opportunities to improve operations (all divisions in the company: sales, production, etc.).
  • Identify possible solutions (automation, robotization, digitalization of business processes and other artificial intelligence solutions).
  • Model the expected benefits and business gains (EBITDA, productivity, risk reduction) for each selected initiative.

At the end of this first step, a report will be submitted to prioritize the projects based on their potential impact and the effort required to implement them. This document will set out a clear AI roadmap, including estimates of the costs and benefits associated with the selected initiatives.

Step 2

Solution engineering and implementation plan

The aim will then be to transform the priority projects into  concrete, investment-ready initiatives, thanks to a detailed report covering all the elements required for its implementation:

  • Technical proposal for development and implementation
  • Project governance and management plan
  • List of prerequisites for the project
  • Detailed budget estimate
  • Timeline
  • Analysis of the project’s return on investment (ROI)

A program powered by Vooban, a national leader and Québec pioneer in applied artificial intelligence

At each step of the program, experts from Vooban, a Québec company in which La Caisse is a shareholder that specializes in the development of tailored AI solutions to transform organizations, will work with the teams to identify concrete solutions and innovative projects.
